2. Scope of Services

I operate as a sole practitioner offering the following services:

  • Massage Therapy including Shiatsu Bodywork

  • Energy Work / Energy Healing (also online)

  • Trauma Release (also online)

  • Biofrequency Sessions based on Scalar technology (also online)

  • Holistic Counseling (also online)

  • Mini Retreats and Customized Wellness Programs (also online)

Full descriptions of each service are available on the Site. All services are intended for wellness, relaxation, and personal development.

3. Client Responsibilities

By booking a service, you affirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.

  • You will provide accurate and complete health information prior to any session.

  • You will inform the practitioner of any medical conditions including pregnancy, injuries, allergies, medications, or changes to your health.

  • You understand that services are not a substitute for medical care and that the practitioner does not diagnose, treat, or prescribe.

4. Health & Safety

  • Massage and wellness services may be refused or discontinued if they are deemed unsafe due to medical, ethical, hygiene, or behavioural concerns.

  • If you are unsure whether you can safely receive a service, consult a medical professional before booking.

  • The practitioner reserves the right to request a doctor’s clearance when relevant.

6. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

  • Cancellations or changes must be made at least 2 hours in advance.

  • Late cancellations may incur a fee of €35.

  • No-shows may be charged the full session rate.

7. Code of Conduct

Clients are expected to behave respectfully and appropriately at all times.

Harassment, inappropriate behaviour, or violation of boundaries will result in immediate termination of the session without refund.

8. Confidentiality

All personal information shared is kept confidential except when:

  • Required by law

  • There is a risk of harm to self or others

  • You provide explicit consent

Client notes are stored securely and used only for session-related purposes.

9. Disclaimer

Services offered on this Site are wellness-based and non-medical.

  • They are not intended to diagnose or treat physical or mental health conditions.

  • Results vary from person to person.

  • The practitioner provides no guarantee regarding outcomes, healing, or personal transformation.

You acknowledge and agree to take full responsibility for your own health and well-being.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • The practitioner is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • You agree to release the practitioner from any liability related to your participation in services, retreats, or recommendations.
